Once processed, your parcel will be handed over to our trusted courier partner for delivery.

Within Pakistan: 3–5 business days (after dispatch)

International Orders: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)
Delivery times may vary slightly due to factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges

Standard delivery charges apply and will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Free Shipping may be available on selected products or during promotional campaigns.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We currently offer Cash on Delivery for all orders within Pakistan.
Please ensure that you have the exact payment amount ready at the time of delivery.
Our delivery partners are not authorized to open parcels before payment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can use this tracking number to check your order status on the courier’s website.

If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We offer international shipping to selected countries.
Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location. Any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
