Return & Exchange Policy

At Glam Accessoriez, we want you to love every item you purchase.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a simple return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (including tags, pouches, or boxes).

  • Be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).


2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings or pierced jewelry

  • Hair accessories

  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards or vouchers

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at glamaccessoriez9@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and if applicable, whether you’d like an exchange or refund.

  3. Our customer care team will review your request and provide the return shipping details.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Please ensure items are securely packaged — we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued instead.

  • For size or color exchanges (if applicable), customers must pay the difference in price (if any) and any applicable shipping fees.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at glamaccessoriez9@gmail.com with photos of the issue and your order number.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped yet.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and will instead follow the standard return process.
