Select your preferred shipping method and complete the order — it’s quick and easy!


3. Do I need to create an account to order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save your favorites, and get early access to sales and offers.


4. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Pakistan.
You’ll pay only when your parcel is delivered to your doorstep — safe and simple!


5. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Within Pakistan: 3–5 business days

  • International orders: 7–14 business days (depending on location)

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.


6. How much is the delivery fee?

  • Standard delivery charges apply and are shown at checkout.

  • Orders over a certain amount may qualify for free shipping during promotions.


7. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes! We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original packaging.

8. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at glamaccessoriez9@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Yes, we offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping times and fees vary depending on location.
